This is the final episode in the black business spotlight series. The business featured in this episode is a Nigerian startup, Ekioja Marketplace, co-founded by Destiny Oriakhi. 

Ekioja, is a marketplace exclusively designed to help made-in-Nigeria products and brands gain global access and recognition. Destiny’s goal with Ekioja is to make indigenous products to be globally accessible, especially to Nigerian living out of Nigeria.

The Ekioja Marketplace motto is everything Nigerian, everything authentic. 

Jummie talks to Destiny about his journey and how he got the idea for Ekioja Marketplace, the challenges he’s faced while creating a business, his motivation, manifesting the right co-founder, and what he hopes for the future.
